AmpedAsia.com: Do you feel like modeling is a future career for you?
CT: Of course! Its always going to be with me because it is one of my greatest loves in life!

AmpedAsia.com: If you didn’t do modeling, what else would you be doing?
CT: I'd most likely be working somewhere on the creative side in the fashion industry. Either as a designer or a buyer. I've always had a knack for finding the best deals on clothes and as an artist I love to work with different textures and colors.

AmpedAsia.com: What are the obstacles that you’ve faced, especially as an Asian American model?
CT: Well for one, its really challenging as an Asian American model to be able to work more on the high fashion end of modeling, mostly because of our height. Runway is going to be a struggle and of course shooting editorials.

AmpedAsia.com: You’re signed to an agency, how did that process happen and what are your suggestions for girls who want to be in an agency?
CT: I was scouted at a fashion career day event, the lady I walked by a few times kept asking me to join the agency every time I walked passed by her. I decided it wouldn't hurt to try and see what its all about so I said yes! Soon after I was on my way to working on not just my modeling but acting as well! Before all of this I was on my own doing tradework for other designers, photographers and muas to build up my portfolio.

My suggestion to other girls out there is to really know what you're doing, know who you're working with and always look out for yourself. There are so many people out there who will and CAN take advantage of you, so make sure there's some form of contract if you choose to work with someone in the industry. Its really not all that easy. Modeling isn't just about taking pictures and looking pretty, its really all about business and what you can offer. Know your stuff ladies it really is a lot of work!

AmpedAsia.com: What are your hobbies and passions?
CT: My passion in life is any form of art, whether its drawing, painting, dancing, and even modeling, as long as I can express myself and my creativity that is what makes me happy. Some of my hobbies include styling, makeup artistry and of course shopping! What girl doesn't love to shop?!

AmpedAsia.com: What is the craziest thing that’s ever happened to you?
CT: I've actually had to jumped off a two story house before TWICE, while staying over my friend's house. She pretty much had to sneak me out because of how strict her parents were. Hahaha I'll never forget that moment sitting on top of her roof looking down at her yard thinking about how much its going to hurt when I land! It actually wasn't all that bad and I luckily didn't break anything! Don't try this at home kids!

AmpedAsia.com: What is something that your mom doesn’t know about you?
CT: I think she doesn't know that I'm not ready to get married yet. Just like any other traditional Asian parent, my mom is on a mission to find me a husband whose either in the medical field or is born in a wealthy family. So far the last thing she told me when I saw her was,"Come home! I find you husband from Vietnam who makes this much money!" Ohh mom! You crack me up!

AmpedAsia.com: What would you do with a million dollars?
CT: I'd make sure my whole family is taken care of and that I finally have my own line of clothing. I'd also want to donate to those in need and are ill.

AmpedAsia.com: Currently are you single or taken?
CT: I'm taken! Sorry guys I've been with the same person for 7 years now! <3

AmpedAsia.com: What are the traits that you like in a man?
CT: I love a man who is wise and can teach me things about myself and life. I also love humor, someone who can make me laugh about anything is a big turn on! Other traits I like is patience, understanding, spirituality, and knowledge! I don't know why but I've always had a thing for really smart guys, there's just something about a nerd that makes me wild! hahaha!

AmpedAsia.com: What are some dealbreakers when it comes to men?
CT: Having OCD, cleanliness is a big thing! Hygiene is definitely a deal breaker! If you don't know how to take care of yourself, then how can you take care of me? lol Another deal breaker is manners! Whatever happened to being respectful and treating a woman like a princess? If I'm on a date with you and I have to hold your jacket while you go to the men's room, don't expect a phone call from me! lol
